Dispatch and production
The target dispatch period for in-stock pieces is 3–5 business days. Bespoke, made-to-measure and upcycle timelines are specified in the quote and order confirmation. We contact you if the schedule changes; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Delivery arrangements
The address, shipping method, carrier and any delivery charge are clarified before purchase. International orders receive order-specific information on applicable customs, taxes and import procedures. If damage is apparent on arrival, photograph it and contact [email protected]. The absence of a courier damage report does not automatically remove rights concerning defective goods.
Withdrawal and return requests
Unless a statutory exception applies, send a clear withdrawal notice to [email protected] within 14 calendar days after delivery, then return the item within 14 days of that notice. Ask us for the return carrier and instructions. Returns through the carrier specified before purchase do not incur a return cost for the consumer; if no carrier was specified, return costs are not imposed on the consumer.

Refunds and defective goods
Refunds are made within 14 days from the applicable statutory starting date, using the original payment method without additional cost, including delivery charges refundable by law. Statutory remedies for defective goods, including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination where applicable, remain available.
Our returns and exchanges policy
Returns and exchanges are not offered for approved bespoke production or upcycle work. Discretionary returns and exchanges are also not offered for collection pieces produced in quantities. Statutory withdrawal rights and rights relating to defective goods or services remain unaffected and are not restricted unless an applicable statutory exception applies.
