​​​1. After you accept our offer, we start the creation process by taking 30% of your order amount as a design fee. This process takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity and scope of the product to be designed.

2. After this process, we deliver your design to you digitally; you have 2 revision rights. (If you change your mind about having your jewelry made, your design will be delivered to you digitally and - we regret this the design fee is non-refundable.)

3. The production process takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on the scope of the product to be made. (If there is a special stone that we need to supply from abroad and this will extend the delivery time we expect, our customer will be informed by phone.)

4. You may have the opportunity to see your precious / semi- precious stone in advance, if it is included in your design and can be supplied. We can only use precious / semi- precious stones in your own jewelry, provided by our customers or brought to us as part of the upcycle process, in your design after our gemologist approves their suitability and originality.
